The invention relates to a microsystem for biological analysis for the detection of analytes, for example antigens, in a sample. The microsystem comprises a cell (1) provided with a fixed electrode (3) and a movable electrode (5) along the axis XX '. The electrode (s) are covered or capable of binding a ligand specific for the analyte to be detected, for example an antibody. After introducing a sample into the cell with the electrodes in a distant position, for example at a distance of 2 mum, the moving electrode can be brought closer or made to oscillate between a distant position (2 mum) and a close position (0 , 1 mum) and measure a parameter (impedance, viscosity, contact force between electrodes) representative of the formation of an analyte-ligand layer on the electrode (s). |
