titleOfInvention | CATALYTIC SYSTEM CONTAINING OXYGEN, MOLYBDENUM AND PHOSPHORUS, AND ITS APPLICATION TO THE OXIDESHYDROGENATION OF SATURATED CARBOXYLIC ACIDS OR THEIR ESTERS, AS WELL AS ALKANES OXIDATION |
abstract | Catalytic system based on a product represented by the formula Csx (NH4) 3-x PMo12 O40 Mey (VO) z in which Me la represents an ion of a transition metal chosen from copper, cobalt, iron, silver, nickel and manganese, or a magnesium ion; o = <x = <3; o = <y = <3; o = <z = <3, and prepared by reacting an aqueous solution of H3-t Nat PMo12 O40, with o = <t = <3, with an ammonium salt and / or a cesium salt with precipitation of ammonium and / or cesium salt Csx (NH4) 3-x PMo12 O40, x being as defined above; optionally adding to the aforementioned salt of an aqueous solution of a salt of Me and / or of a salt of vanadyl; drying of the compound obtained until complete evaporation at a temperature of 90-200 deg. C for a period of 2 to 16 hours, then calcination at a temperature of 250-400 deg. C for a period of 2 to 24 hours; and shaping of the resulting pulverulent product of formula (I) by compression of powders, pelletizing, granulation, extrusion or coating on a support, to obtain said catalytic system in the form of pellets or grains. |
