The invention relates to a solid food composition formed from a fodder coated at least partially with a protective layer, characterized in that the fodder is in the form of an oil-in-water emulsion, expanded, based on a fresh fermented milk product, of one or more essentially vegetable fats, and in that it comprises one or more esters of fatty acids and of sucrose, said composition having a water activity of between 0.75 and 0.90, an abundance rate greater than 30%, an acidic pH and a dry extract rate of between 65 and 80% by weight. |
