abstract Use of a compound of formula (I) (CF DRAWING IN BOPI) in which: - A represents either a hydrogen atom or a hydroxyl group, - B represents either a hydrogen atom or a C1-8 group alkyl, C1-8 alkenyl, C1-8 fluoroalkyl or C1-8 perfluoroalkyl, - R1, R2, R3, identical or different, each represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen such as chlorine, bromine or fluorine, a C1-8 alkyl, C1-8 alkenyl, C3-8 cycloalkyl, C3-8 cycloalkenyl, C5-14 aryl, C1-6 alkoxycarbonyl, C1-6 hydroxyalkyl, C1-6 alkoxyalkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, C1- 8 fluoroalkyl or C1-8 perfluoroalkyl, or R1 and R2 together form a C3-8 cycloalkyl, C3-8 cycloalkenyl, or a C5-14 aryl, - R3 and R4, identical or different, represent either a hydrogen atom , either a C1-8 alkyl, C1-8 alkenyl, C3-8 cycloalkyl, C3-8 cycloalkenyl, or R3 and R4 together, form a C2-6 cycloalkyl, C3-6 cycloalkenyl ring, such as for example a piperidyl, azetidin yl or pyrrolidyl, in the form of enantiomers, of diastereomers, or of mixtures of these various forms, including racemic mixtures as well as their addition salts with pharmaceutically acceptable acids, for the manufacture of medicaments useful for the treatment of venous insufficiency or venous ulcer.
