abstract |
The invention relates to a method for removing dust from at least one nuclear fuel pellet (7) which has undergone a grinding operation which has left dust of the material constituting this pellet on a surface of the pellet, characterized in that it consists in: - subjecting said surface to the impact of a laser beam (3) having characteristics suitable for causing the descaling of dust from said surface, - eliminating from said surface the products resulting from the descaling of dust. It also relates to a device allowing the implementation of this method. Application in particular to the dedusting of MOX pellets. |
