Compounds of formula (I): (CF DRAWING IN BOPI) in which R1 represents hydrogen or (C1 -C4) alkyl, R2 represents hydrogen or (C1 -C4) straight or branched alkyl, R3 represents (C1 -C7) straight alkyl or branched, R4 represents hydrogen or halogen, R5 represents (C1 -C4) straight or branched alkyl and A represents a phenyl, pyrimidyl or thiazolyl group, said groups possibly being substituted by one or more substituents chosen from the groups of formula, -CH2 OR10, -CH2 OCOR10, -CH2 OCONR10 R11, -COOR10, -CONR10 R11, nitro, NR10 R11, -NHCOR10, -NH (CH2) n OR10 with R10 and R11 being each independently of the other a hydrogen atom or a straight or branched (C1 -C4) alkyl group and n between 0 and 6, in the form of the free base or of addition salts with pharmaceutically acceptable acids.
