titleOfInvention | PREVENTIVE ANTI-BURNING DRESSING |
abstract | The present invention relates to a dressing which immediately, completely and permanently prevents a burn from forming or evolving, as soon as it is applied to a skin area affected by hyperthermic contact. This dressing of variable dimensions, consists of a support body (1), flexible, of semi-alveolar structure, easily adaptable to all shapes, containing a cooling fluid (2), covered with a thin sterile membrane (3 ), impermeable and unsuitable to the skin. It must be placed in the freezer to maintain its effectiveness. Its use is simple and quick: as soon as possible after contact, it is applied to the area to be treated until the pain has ceased. When the dressing is removed, the affected area is as it was at the time of placement: permanently stable. This dressing according to the invention is particularly intended to prevent the appearance of a burn or its progression. |
