abstract Device for detecting and / or assaying a substance of interest in a fluid, said device comprising a support in the form of a ring integral with a gripping member, and a flat solid film comprising a polymer matrix closing off said ring. The reagent can also be immobilized after formation of the solid film. To detect or measure the substance of interest, the film, associated with the reagent, is immersed in the fluid to be tested, then the possible presence of said substance is revealed and / or it is dosed in a manner known per se.
