abstract A network structure of capacitors and switching transistors, has two operating phases, a first to isolate all the capacitors and charge them at the level of the supply voltage all simultaneously, and a second phase to connect all these capacitors in series between the supply voltage and an output node of the network to instantly raise this output node to a voltage level greater than the voltage level Vdd. The capacitors are all connected in series by transistors placed between them and controlled by a voltage pulse signal greater than the voltage to be switched on the output node of the network. Application to bootstrap transistor charge pumps.
