Foaming pharmaceutical composition for topical use intended for the treatment of dermatoses induced by Pityrosporum ovale, characterized in that it contains: (i) as anti-fungal active principle 0.1 to 10.0% by weight, preferably 2, 1 to 6.0%, of ciclopirox or of ciclopiroxolamine, (ii) 0.5% to 35.0% by weight, preferably from 3 to 20%, and more particularly from 5 to 15%, of a surfactant active agent chosen from alkyl-betaines, alkyl-amidobetaines and their mixtures. |
