Process for preparing a cellulose formate solution from cellulose plates, in particular high density plates, without prior mechanical destruction of these plates. The plates are dissolved directly, thanks to a step of impregnating the entire plates in a formic acid-based liquid, followed by a mixing operation of the plates thus impregnated in contact with both formic acid and phosphoric acid. The process is preferably carried out to prepare ready-to-spin solutions, with in particular, if necessary, an operation of intermediate adjustment of the final composition. Solutions prepared from such a process. Production of cellulose objects from these solutions, in particular fibers or films. Assemblies of such fibers or films. Articles reinforced by such fibers or films or assemblies, these reinforced articles being in particular tire casings. |
