abstract | The invention relates to a process for the synthesis of esters of formula: (CF DRAWING IN BOPI) in which: - R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 are chosen independently of the other from: H, OH, a halogen, in particular fluorine, an ether group, in particular methyl or ethyl, or a substituted or unsubstituted carbon chain; - R 'is a linear or branched carbon chain, unsaturated or not, which can carry an aromatic nucleus. It consists in directly reacting the acid with the corresponding alcohol in the presence of a lipase acting as a carboxylesterase. It can be carried out continuously, with recycling of the lipase. |
