abstract |
The subject of the invention is a method for the antifungal treatment of fruits or vegetables according to which a liquid composition comprising (% by weight): - from 10 to 50% of an antifungal terpene - from 0 to 20% of an alcohol in C1 -C4 - from 2 to 40% of a nonionic emulsifier having an HLB value greater than 12 - from 5 to 50% of water, and - from 5 to 50% of a polyol, is applied to the mass of fruits or vegetables to be treated by thermonebulization with a mist temperature at the outlet of the thermonebulizer of 100 to 200 deg.C. |
