PROCESS FOR THE CONTINUOUS PREPARATION OF A CETOSE SOLUTION BY ISOMERIZATION OF ALDOSE, AND INSTALLATION FOR IMPLEMENTING SAME |
abstract |
The invention relates to a method and an installation for the continuous preparation of a ketose solution from a starting sugar solution comprising at least one aldose. At least one vertical continuous multicontact reactor (1) is used, at least one tectosilicate or a clay capable of forming a heterogeneous isomerization catalyst is circulated continuously in this reactor (1), and it is circulated from top to bottom in the reactor (1) at least one microporous solid of selective adsorption chosen to selectively adsorb either the aldoses of the starting solution, or the ketoses resulting from the isomerization, and be compatible with the isomerization conditions. |
