titleOfInvention | SILVER HALIDE PHOTOGRAPHIC EMULSIONS WITH REDUCED DESENSITIZATION BY THE COLORANT |
abstract | The present invention relates to a silver halide emulsion, more particularly, to a silver halide emulsion which solves the problem of desensitization which may be caused by the spectral sensitizing dye. This emulsion is a core / shell type emulsion having a particular grain structure which has been chemically sensitized by means of thiourea compounds and a gold (I) compound containing no labile sulfur atom. The emulsions of the present invention reduce desensitization by the spectral sensitizing dye. |
