A liquefied product can pass through a sterilization device, working at high temperature and with a short residence time, with very efficient heat transfer, so that the sterilization effect can be improved. A sterilization device comprising a heating element (16) and a cooling element (24), concentrically comprising a pair of thermal transfer disks (27) and (28) having a plurality of small polygonal chambers (26, 26a) formed thereon , open in their front parts, in each pair the heat transfer discs (27) and (28) being mutually coupled in face-to-face relation, the small chambers (26, 26a) being alternately arranged one with respect to each other so as to communicate together. |
