abstract The invention relates to an adapter sleeve (19) with a handling aid (22) for a catheter (16) which is to be connected to a connecting piece (9) of a tissue adhesive application device ( 1) comprising a syringe device (11) having syringe bodies (2, 3), syringe tips (7, 8), a holder (4), a two plunger unit (5) and a handle (6 ). One end (20) of the adapter sleeve (19) is provided with an inner cone for connection with a conical socket (15) of the connecting piece (9), and a strap (12) attached following (14) on a lug (13) reinforces this connection. The invention also relates to a preformed assembly (10) comprising the connecting piece (9), the catheter (16) and the adapter sleeve (19).
