The invention relates to a novel cosmetic composition containing a carrier consisting of a fatty phase and an aqueous phase, and which comprises (i) a polyethylene glycol diester and (ii) a phosphate quaternary compound of formula (I): (CF DRAWING IN BOPI) in which R is a tertiary amine having at least 6 carbon atoms and which may or may not be cyclic, aliphatic, aromatic or heterocyclic; X is an anion, preferably a halide; A is an alkali metal; x and y are two integers such that (x + y) = 3, x cannot be zero. It also relates to the use of this composition for removing make-up and / or cleansing the skin. |
