abstract |
- The invention relates to a process for recovering valuable metals from a used catalyst. - The process comprises the steps of: a) calcining the used catalyst at a temperature of 400 ° C to 1000 ° C; b) dissolving the calcined product with sulfuric acid in the presence of a soluble metal catalyst to prepare a reducing solution; c) separation and recovery of the aluminum in the form of ammonium aluminum sulfate from the reducing solution; d) extraction of molybdenum from the residual solution of step (c); e) extraction of vanadium from the residual solution of step (d) and f) recovery of nickel and cobalt in the form of a hydroxide from the residual solution of step (e). - Application to the recovery of valuable metals contained in used catalysts. |
