The present invention relates to a method of separation and affinity, affinity particles and a method for sizing these affinity particles. The affinity separation method of the invention consists of introducing affinity particles and a fluid containing a target compound to be isolated, capable of adsorbing on the affinity particles into a dynamic filtration apparatus where the fluid is capable of passing through the filtration medium and the affinity particles are substantially incapable of passing through the filtration medium, and of separating the affinity particles from the fluid and then allowing the fluid to pass through the filtration medium of the dynamic filtration apparatus. The present method finds application in the separation of any target compound from a fluid containing it. |
