titleOfInvention Culture medium of a microbial flora process for preparing a freeze-dried inoculum and inoculum obtained by this method.
abstract The field of the invention is that of biology applied to the development of additives having biocidal properties, intended to protect environments in which microorganisms develop naturally. The subject of the invention is the preparation of a culture medium for a microbial flora, a process for preparing a lyophilized inoculum, and the lyophilized inoculum itself. According to the invention, the culture medium has the particularity of allowing the simultaneous development of bacteria, yeasts and fungi. The invention finds a privileged application in carrying out tests of resistance of oils for metalworking to attacks by microorganisms.
