abstract The method consists in diffusing, on articles such as shoes (1), a disinfectant mist obtained by nebulization of a disinfectant solution or emulsion (10). The fog can in particular be created by an ultrasonic nebulizer (12), and conduits (17, 18) direct it towards the articles to be disinfected. The invention is more particularly applicable to the disinfection of ski boots (1), laid flat on shelves (5), in association with a drying process of these shoes, the shelves (5) constituting distribution ramps for air drying and for disinfectant mist.
