abstract | The invention relates to a method for immunometric assay of an antigen or a hapten. According to this process, the antigen or the hapten (3) to be assayed is brought into contact (FIG. 1A) with antibodies (2) fixed on a solid phase in order to immunologically bind the antigen or the hapten to the antibody. . An immobilization treatment of the antigen or of the hapten (3) by covalent bonding (4) on the solid phase (1) is then carried out (FIG. 1B) by releasing its epitope (FIG. 1C), then one puts it in contact (FIG. 1D) with labeled antibodies (5) and the quantity of labeled antibodies attached is determined (FIG. 1E) in order to deduce therefrom the starting antigen or hapten concentration. Thanks to this step of immobilizing and releasing the epitope, high sensitivity is obtained using a single antibody. |
