abstract The present invention relates to novel indole compounds derived from piperazine, to processes for their preparation and to their therapeutic uses. The compounds correspond to formula (I): (CF DRAWING IN BOPI) in which R1 represents a hydrogen atom, a branched or linear alkyl radical or a phenyl, benzyl, cycloalkyl, polycycloalkyl, dibenzocycloalkyl, dibenzooxepine, dibenzoazepine, dibenzothiepine radical , benzopyrrolocycloalkyl, benzothienocycloalkyl, naphthyl, optionally substituted by one or more substituents chosen from halogen atoms and alkyl, aryl, acyl, alkoxy and alkyl thio radicals. Z represents C = O, SO2, or (CH2) n in which n is between 1 and 5. and in which the other radicals R contain in particular a hydrogen atom.
