The present invention relates to a dry ultra-thin polyester film with a thickness of less than 3 μm and of which the content of weakly bound water is less than 0.06% by weight, relative to the weight of polyester. It also relates to the applications of such a film to a treatment process during which degassing takes place, and in particular to a metallization process and it relates to metallized films and multilayer capacitors obtained from such a film. |
