abstract The present invention relates to a filter cartridge intended for the refermentation of sweet wine in the bottle according to the Champagne method. The cartridge 10 comprises a perforated tubular body 11 in which are arranged microporous hollow fibers 40 which are partially hydrophilic 42 and hydrophobic 43 and which are folded into a U-shape. This cartridge filled with yeasts and inserted into the neck of a bottle allows carry out the refermentation while maintaining a good contact surface between the wine and the yeasts.
