titleOfInvention | NOVEL PHARMACEUTICAL PREPARATIONS BASED ON PEPTIDES FOR THE GENERAL ROUTE. |
abstract | The invention relates to the field of pharmacotechnics. More precisely, it relates to a process for the preparation of pharmaceutical compositions allowing the absorption of active principles which are poorly absorbable or capable of being hydrolyzed, characterized in that multilamellar liposomes are first formed by dissolving a mixture of phosphalipids and cholesterol in a chlorinated solvent followed by evaporation of the solvent, in that the dry residue is dispersed in an aqueous dispersion of the active principle to be incorporated, in that the vesicles thus formed are filtered on polyacrylamide gel and that the they are eluted using a buffer solution. Therapeutic use of said active ingredients. |
