titleOfInvention FLAT MICRONIC GRAPHITE, PROCESS FOR ITS PREPARATION AND ITS APPLICATIONS
abstract The present invention relates to micron particles of graphite, a process for their preparation, and their applications. The graphitized material is characterized in that it consists essentially of monocrystalline particles having a form factor of between 50 and 1000 and which, after deposition on a flat support, in a layer a few millimeters thick, exhibit a mosaicism, determined by X-ray diffraction, of the order of + - 15 degree angle. Flat micronic graphite can be used advantageously as an electrode material in batteries, rechargeable or not.
