abstract The invention that is the subject of the present application for a certificate of addition to patent application ndegré 81.13838 of 07.16.1981 relates to a molding process for the manufacture of a double-base propellant block, with a high nitramine level and the block of propellant obtained. This process consists in pouring a molding solvent consisting of a nitric ester, a plasticizer, a stabilizer, on a molding powder placed in a mold and formed from nitrocellulose with a nitrogen content of between 11, 5 and 13%, of a nitric ester, stabilizers, at least one nitramine, combustion catalysts, optionally plasticizers, to bake the whole and is characterized in that the rate of nitric ester and nitramine in percentage by weight in the molding powder is respectively between 0 and 30% on the one hand and 35 and 60% on the other hand, the percentage rate of plasticization by weight of the molding powder being between 0 and 50%.
