titleOfInvention MULTICOLORED SYNTHETIC MONOFILAMENT AND ITS MANUFACTURING PROCESS.
abstract Multicolored synthetic monofilament, mainly used for fishing, homo or copolyamide based, having a linear breaking strength of at least 80 kg / mm2 for diameters less than 40/100 mm in section, of at least 70 kg / mm2 for diameters between 40 and 90/100 mm in section, and at least 50 kg / mm2 for diameters between 90/100 mm and 200/100 mm in section, shrinkage in boiling water at least 10%, at least two colored flames of lengths greater than 0.15 meters, on finished monofilament. Same multicolor monofilament of lower strength for the same diameters and shrinkage in boiling water of at least 1%. The copolyamide is a 66/6 copolyamide in the proportions 75/25% by weight. Process for the production of colored parts before the stretching stage during the manufacture of the monofilament. Applications: fishing, weaving, hosiery, nets, trimmings, brush making, etc ...
