The invention relates to a process for preparing sulphides labeled with sulfur 35, with high specific activity, which process is characterized in that it comprises: a stage during which a reducing mixture comprising acid is prepared. hydrochloric acid, hydroiodic acid and hypophosphorous acid, and said mixture is pretreated in order to remove the sulfate ions present therein; a step during which the reduction, by said mixture, of sulphate labeled with sulfur 35 is carried out, and the sulphide labeled with sulfur 35 obtained at the end of this reduction is recovered. The invention also relates to a process for the preparation of amino acids or their sulfur-labeled derivatives 35, in which a sulfur-labeled sulfide 35 obtained according to the Invnetion is used as a substrate for an enzymatic reaction. |
