abstract |
The invention relates to a process for producing L-lysine by fermentation. The method is characterized in that it comprises the following steps: (i) a liquid medium is inoculated with a microorganism capable of producing L-lysine, (ii) said microorganism is cultured by introducing additional medium d feed containing a carbon source and nutrients having an effect of accelerating growth after the logarithmic growth phase of said microorganism, said carbon source being maintained at a concentration of not more than 5 g / l in the medium culture, and (iii) collecting the L-lysine produced and accumulated in the medium. |
