1. Method and device for purifying concentrated sulfuric acid polluted by organic contaminants. The process comprises the following two operations: oxidation of the organic contaminants by contact of the polluted sulfuric acid with at least one oxidizing gas, then filtration of the sulfuric acid through a filter with a pre-layer of gypsum to remove the precipitated oxidized organic contaminants and the insoluble. |
