A sheet of Fe-Ni alloy for a perforated mask characterized in that it consists essentially of: nickel (Ni): from 34 to 38% by weight, silicon (Si): from 0.01 to 0.09% by weight , aluminum (Al): from 0.002 to 0.020% by weight, calcium (Ca): from 0.0002 to 0.0020% by weight, magnesium (Mg): from 0.0003 to 0.0020% by weight, where, Ca + 1/2 Mg: from 0.0005 to 0.0025% by weight, and the remainder being iron and incidental impurities, where the contents of carbon (C), nitrogen (N), sulfur (S) , oxygen (O) and phosphorus (P) as said incidental impurities being respectively: up to 0.0050% by weight of carbon, up to 0.0020% by weight of nitrogen, up to 0.0020% by weight sulfur, up to 0.0040% by weight oxygen, and up to 0.0040% by weight phosphorus, where, 1/10 C + 1/10 N + S + 1 / 5 0 + 1/2 P: up to 0.0045% by weight, and Ca + 1/2 Mg> = S + 1/5 0; and the surface portion of said Fe-Ni alloy sheet having a silicon (Si) segregation rate of up to 10%. |
