abstract |
Described are a recombinant vector and a transformed animal cell which is transformed by the recombinant vector and has the ability to produce active M-CSF polypeptide with high productivity and stably. The recombinant vector contains M-CSF-del DNA (a DNA containing a portion of a DNA encoding an amino acid sequence starting from the N terminus to amino acid 179 of a polypeptide which contains an M1-CSF signal peptide and not containing part or all of the DNA coding for amino acids ranging from amino acid 180 to the C terminal) downstream of a promoter and a DNA of the dhfr marker downstream of this DNA of M-CSF-del. It ensures mass production of the active M-CSF polypeptide on an industrial scale. |
