The present invention relates to a cell culture device consisting of an enclosure comprising a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet, characterized in that at the lower part of the enclosure, there are one or more orifices, the geometry of which is such that it opposes the passage of the cells and in that the fluid entering the enclosure is taken, at least in part, through the orifices, creating a depression such that it substantially ensures the blocking of the cells on the orifice (s), part of the fluid being discharged by overflow. This device may further include electrodes on the internal wall of the enclosure. The present invention also relates to a method of artificial stimulation of cells using this device. |
