The method consists in projecting, on a glass substrate heated to a temperature below its softening temperature, a gas mixture comprising silane, a saturated hydrocarbon and an oxidizing agent to obtain a layer of silicon oxycarbide. Application to the formation of an anti-color layer useful for eliminating the colored appearance in reflection of glazing with a semiconductor layer. |
