titleOfInvention | AQUEOUS STABLE SUSPENSIONS OF INORGANIC MATERIALS BASED ON SILICA AND INSOLUBLES IN WATER. |
abstract | Aqueous suspensions of inorganic materials based on silica, insoluble in water, and in finely divided form, which are stabilized by at least one polymeric organic compound. This polymeric organic compound consists of: (a) at least one monomer chosen from the group comprising acrylic acid and methacrylic acid; (b) optionally, at least one non-crosslinkable acrylic monomer selected from the group consisting of esters, amides and / or nitriles of acrylic acid and / or methacrylic acid; (c) at least one crosslinkable monomer containing at least two double bonds, of acrylic nature and / or of allylic nature and / or of vinyl nature; and (d) optionally at least one crosslinkable bifunctional monomer, containing a double bond, and at least one other chemical function capable of reacting with the other monomers having an acid, ester, amido and / or nitrilic function of steps (a) and ( b) above. |
