titleOfInvention METHOD AND DEVICE FOR DETECTING CHEMICAL SPECIES USING A THIN FILM OF INORGANIC SEMICONDUCTOR.
abstract The invention relates to a method and a device for detecting chemical species using a thin film of inorganic semiconductor. According to this method, the gas or the solution containing the species to be detected is brought into contact (at 11b) with a sensitive element (9b) comprising at least one film of inorganic semiconductor material, for example of tin oxide. , copper sulphide or mercury sulphide, and the electrical conductivity of the film (9b) is compared to that of a control film (9a) in a controlled atmosphere (11a), which makes it possible to detect the presence of a species chemical in (11b).
