abstract |
The invention relates to a method for rapidly determining at a determined temperature and pressure, the flocculation threshold of particles in an oil feed, a sequence of analyzes involving at least two determinations, an apparatus for implementing the method and its use. According to the invention, a) the charge and a solvent and an antisolvent are introduced simultaneously into a mixing zone at a substantially constant flow rate, respectively at a variable flow rate dS and dA such that the sum of the flow rates dS + dA is substantially constant and either in a dilution ratio fixed with the load and such that one passes from the pure solvent to the pure anti-solvent in a determined time; b) simultaneously mixing the filler, the solvent and the anti-solvent under conditions of temperature and pressure; c) producing a signal representative of the light picked up as a function of time in a measurement zone 19 at the determined temperature and pressure; d) the proportion of solvent and anti-solvent causing the flocculation at the determined temperature and pressure is determined by means of treatment. Application to the continuous control of thermal conversion processes. |
