abstract The device comprises a plate 3 which can be connected in a sealed manner to one end of the pipe section 1, a first duct 6 and a second duct 8 fixed to the plate 3 in a coaxial manner and a sealed closure plate 10 arranged at the end of second duct 8 opposite to plate 3 having an inflatable O-ring 16 at its periphery. The device also comprises a guide assembly 40, 41 to ensure its positioning in the pipe section 1, a first nozzle 21 passing through the peripheral zone of the plate 3, a second nozzle passing through the plate 3 inside the first duct 6 and outside the second duct 8 and means for inflating the peripheral seal 16 comprising a flexible duct 18 arranged along the entire length of the second duct 8. Decontamination modules 25, 26 connected to nozzles 21 and 22 ensure the circulation of chemical reagents in contact with the internal wall of the pipe 1.
