abstract This palette for handling water-permeable dental porcelain materials comprises a porous ceramic material formed from one or two or more than two materials selected from the group consisting of materials based on alumina, aluminum silicate , mullite, cordierite, zirconia and glassy porcelain, and having a grain size ranging from 1.0 to 30.0 mum and an average grain size ranging from 1.5 to 25.0 mum. The porous ceramic material has fine and regular pores, uniformly dispersed through it, as expressed in terms of a porosity ranging from 15 to 65% and an average pore size ranging from 0.5 to 10 mm.
