titleOfInvention MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES, PROCESS FOR OBTAINING THEM AND THEIR APPLICATION TO THE DETECTION OF RHIZOMANIA VIRUS OF SUGAR BEET
abstract The invention relates to the field of the development of monoclonal antibodies. The monoclonal antibody is essentially characterized by the fact that it is an animal immunoglobulin obtained by hybridization between the lymphocytes of said animal and myeloma cells compatible with these lymphocytes, and that it has the ability to combine with a particular epitope present on a protein corresponding in particular to the capsid protein of the virus with a molecular weight of 22 kd, thus forming a specific complex. Application to the detection of the virus responsible for rhizomania of sugar beet.
