titleOfInvention | PREPARATION OF MIXTURE OF ORGANIC ACIDS FROM BY-PRODUCTS OF AGRO-INDUSTRY THEIR USES IN AGRICULTURE AS COMPLEXANTS INCREASING THE ASSIMILATION OF PHOSPHORUS AND OLIGO-ELEMENTS |
abstract | Process for preparing a mixture of organic acids by nitration and oxidation of agro-industrial by-products, using gas containing variable proportions of nitrogen oxide in the presence of water. The divided and humidified organic matter, possibly with the addition of compounds or mineral elements, is saturated with nitro compounds 3 by nitrogen oxides originating from the catalytic oxidation of ammonia 5. This matter is then oxidized 7 and then left to mature in compartment or pile 8 ventilated. It is then granulated 10 and dried 11. The material obtained is constituted by a mixture of organic acids (or their salts) having a very strong complexing activity with regard to inorganic salts. This material is used to stabilize phosphate fertilizers and make them assimilable for a longer time. It can be used to prepare metal and alkaline-earth complexes intended to correct the deficiencies of the soil in trace elements and macro-elements fertilizers. It promotes the mobilization of latent phosphorus in the soil. |
