abstract |
The present invention relates to oxysteryl phosphates and their synthesis. These oxysteryl phosphates have the following formula: (CF DRAWING IN BOPI) where R1 is an oxysteryl radical, where R2 is H or a radical derived from: a) a natural or synthetic nucleotide structure; b) a non-nucleotide anti-cancer agent; c) an immunosuppressive or immunostimulant agent; d) a component having affinity for specific receptors or sites; where R3 is chosen from: -O-H, their salts and pharmaceutically acceptable acid derivatives. Application to the pharmaceutical industry. |
