abstract | The invention relates to the field of aerobic propulsion. According to the present invention, the autopyrolyzable solid composition, for aerobic propulsion, producing reducing gases during its autopyrolysis, consists essentially of an oxidant, a binder and a crosslinking agent, and is characterized in that: - the oxidant is a nitrated explosive substance in which the proportion by weight of oxygen atoms attached to the nitrogen atoms of the nitro groups is greater than 40% relative to the total weight of the molecule, - the binder is a polyalkadiene with reactive functional endings. with respect to the crosslinking agent, and in that the rate of oxidant by mass is equal to or greater than the minimum rate of oxidant necessary to ensure the self-pyrolysis of the composition, and less than 40% relative to the mass total of oxidizer, binder and crosslinking agent. The above composition can be used in particular in statoreactors. |
