The invention relates to a method for covalently attaching biologically active proteins to a solid support material having functional groups, the particularly reactive amino groups of the protein being modified, in a first reaction step, by a chemical agent RE which can be eliminated. reversibly under controlled conditions, the protein being reacted, in a second reaction step, with the FG functional groups of the support material T, the remaining FG functional groups of the support material T being chemically blocked in a third reaction step and, in the final reaction step, the RE ′ modifier groups, formed from the chemical agent RE, being eliminated in a controlled reaction. |
