COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR OBTAINING OLIGOLAMELLAR LIPOSOMES FOR APPLICATION IN TOPICAL COSMETOLOGY AND DERMATOLOGY |
abstract |
The invention relates to an oligolamellar liposome and its method of manufacture. In fact, this oligolamellar liposome is characterized in that it consists of one to four phospholipid bilayers delimiting a central aqueous cavity and that it also comprises a detergent, of a nature related to phospholipids and, in particular, the soy lysophosphatidylcholine, integrated into its structure. This invention will find its application in particular in cosmetology and topical dermatology. |
