abstract The present invention relates to new organic compounds. According to the invention, these compounds are esters of 2,6-dimethyl-4-2'-difluoromethoxyphenyl-1,4-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid which have the general formula: (CF DRAWING IN BOPI) where R = C3 H7 -i and R1 = C3 H7 -i or else R = CH3 and R1 = C5 H1 1 -i. The compounds indicated have vasodilator activity with respect to coronary arteries and femoral vessels and find application as active principle in pharmaceutical compositions.
