titleOfInvention PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING PHOSPHATE FERTILIZERS AND PRODUCTS OBTAINED
abstract An ammonio-phosphated compound, such as a mono-ammonium phosphate, a di-ammonium phosphate or a mixture of these phosphates, is reacted with sulfuric acid in the presence of water, thus obtaining a mixture of sodium sulfate. ammonium and phosphoric acid, which is reacted in a second stage with phosphate. The latter can be a natural phosphate of any origin. Partially solubilized phosphates are thus obtained, containing nitrogen and sulfur and corresponding to the general formula: 0.5 <N <2.5 20 <P2 05 <36 1.5 <S <6 Such products are valuable fertilizer.
